I moved my policy to another company after trying to work with State Farm because I believe I was being overbilled. Since there was NO resolution after trying to work on it, I moved to another provider. Since then, I've still received bills from State Farm. I called today and let them know what's going on and they were rude and eventually hung up on me. I was with State Farm for years and moving to New Mexico has been completely disappointing. Stay away if you want customer service or help in any way.

They never answer the phone. Can't seem to get things done right. I switched all my policies out today to am agency that answered the phone

Jesse is a pleasure to work with! You can tell by his cheerful voice to his knowledge by keeping state farm in business while giving his potentially new customers the best rates is amazing. I had been stressing about finding insurance and I knew from the beginning of the call speaking with him compared to others I was in the right hands. It was fast and simple.
